Welcome to my blog!
My name is Anna, I am a birth and family photographer in the area of Pensacola Florida.
I love photographing births and newborns the most, but enjoy working with all of my clients regardless of the session type.
I shoot lifestyle which basically means not in a studio. On locations such as the beach, national parks, and industrial situations. And sessions in your homes which are particularly good for newborns and family sessions with small kids.
A little bit about me: I was raised overseas, and moved to Pensacola in 2012 for college. After college I worked as a dispatcher for a couple years until I had my daughter. Then I made the decision to stay home to raise her, but also felt the need for a creative outlet and obviously a little more income never hurts. I've always enjoyed photography and started looking into it actively in high school. My first job was as a photography assistant in a small studio where I learned a lot about business and workflow, but also learned that I didn't want to be a studio photographer. Throughout college and dispatching I did photography for friends to keep in practice, and slowly upgraded my equipment. The last 2 years I've really focused on photography and building my portfolio. Meeting new clients who I didn't know before is one of my favorite aspects of photography.
Below are some of my favorite images. Stay tuned for more blog posts featuring my clients!
